I’m teaching a class at the Tria Fermentation School next week called Beer Is Divine.
We’ll be tasting seven heavenly beers from around the globe, accompanied by thematically appropriate hors d’oeuvres, and learning about how religion and spirituality are intertwined with beer and fermentation in general.
According to Tria’s website, tickets are already sold out. But it also says they’ll put your name on a wait list. So go ahead and sign up – maybe if enough people get wait listed they’ll invite me back for a second class.

That’s cool that you sold out. I’m digging the whole idea of a fermentation school, too — learning and fermentation are very analogous processes in my experience. Hey, if they need someone to teach a course on general bullshit, tell them you know just the guy!
I suppose, given the right circumstances, bullshit could ferment . . .
I can vouch for dave’s abilities.
Quite skilled isn’t he!
