Madison House of Brews Launches “Community Supported Brewery”

This has been my dream for years so I’m totally envious. The Madison House of Brews is using Kickstarter to help them launch a “community supported brewery,” building on the “community supported agriculture” model small farms have been using for years to connect directly with their customers and share the financial costs and benefits of local, community-focused enterprises.

Invest in the House of Brews by February 5th, 2012 to make sure they get the funds needed to make it work. Go over here to their Kickstarter page. And keep up with them on their Facebook page here.

That’s awesome. Sounds like a good idea. Strengthen the community through some beer.

  3. I love the whole feel of your blog and what you guys are doing! Keep up the good work and BREW ON!!!!! Brewing is an art that we need to enjoy and take advantage of until uncle Sam steps in. When we compare the cost of brewing vs. buying very few take tax into consideration. Am I right, or am I right? I like my home brew like I like my chicken, dark and full of flavor! :)
